30-day money-back guarantee

Solution Space ("we") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ParityWatch subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you purchased with, and request a refund there; or
• Contact our support team and we will assist in initiating the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds for renewal charges outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis under Paddle's Refund Policy.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
