ParityWatch is operated by Solution Space ("Solution Space", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you ("you", "Customer") enter into a binding agreement with Solution Space.
By signing up, accessing or continuing to use ParityWatch you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ParityWatch monitors hotel rate parity across direct booking channels and online travel agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and similar). The service displays observed rates, forecasts, and alerts intended to help hotel operators detect undercutting and manage parity.
You must have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of any business you represent and must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse ParityWatch. In particular, you must not:
Solution Space retains all right, title and interest in and to ParityWatch, including the software, documentation, design, trademarks and underlying data models. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service in accordance with your selected plan. No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution is permitted.
We work hard to keep ParityWatch available, accurate, and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rate data is gathered from public sources and may contain inaccuracies or delays.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund policy is set out at the Refund Policy page.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ParityWatch if:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParityWatch is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solution Space is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to litigate elsewhere.
